Winter is where things come alive. Snow, and lots of it is our claim to fame. With an annual snowfall of 40-60 feet, Revelstoke is known world-wide as THE place to experience dry, deep powder.

For years, Revelstoke has been and continues to be the Powder Snow Capital of Canada. Heli and snow-cat skiing have been operating out of Revelstoke for over 30 years. And now, Revelstoke Mountain Resort offers you incredible vertical (the most in North America), long, long runs, amazing gladed skiing and a village base that has all you’ll need to make the best out of your stay. Of course, all that is serviced by high-speed gondolas and chairlifts. In a word, perfection.

And if you like a motor to pull you around, Revelstoke is the premier Canadian destination for snowmobiling. Groomed access trails, warming cabins, wide-open bowls and unending vistas and deep, powder snow are all part of sledding in Revelstoke.
